Greek FestivalThe St. Barbara Greek Glendi is one the area's most popular outdoor festivals. This 4-day cultural event provides an opportunity for our church to share our culture and faith with the entire community. The Festival is held annually on the second weekend of February - Thurs.-Sun., on our church grounds under large tents. This event includes live bouzouki music, dance performances by our Hellenic Folk Dance Troupes, a variety of delicious Greek foods, vendors selling Greek products, activities for kids, a car raffle, and tours of our church.

The Festival is truly a labor of love by our parishioners. Months of preparation goes into the planning and presentation of this event. In addition to Greek cuisine, music and dance, we highlight our Orthodox faith. Festival guests are invited to tours of the Church which include explanations of traditional Orthodox architecture, music and worship.

The success of our annual festival depends on the support of all of our parishioners. Volunteers are needed in all activity areas. Please set aside some time to help your Church during this major once-a-year fund raiser. Friends and family are welcome; help our community make this the best Greek Glendi ever! The proceeds from each year's Glendi Festival go towards our Education Building project, to benefit our youth. Click HERE Volunteer Sign-Up Form.
